Collaborate in the purchase of medical equipment for COVID19 patients in India.

From the NGO Ayuda Sri Lanka we want to collaborate with the neighboring country, India, which is currently suffering a hard health collapse due to the pandemic by the COVID19.
We want to send our help at this time, with the primary objective of SAVING LIVES.
After trying to find ways, we propose to raise 2000 € to be sent directly to the account of the NGO Mumbai Smiles, for the direct purchase of basic medical supplies for public hospitals in Mumbai that need them. We personally know its founder, Jaume Sanllorente, and we are certain that this donation will be very useful.
We want this money to be invested in the most effective way possible and we will prioritize the delivery of oxygen concentrators, which is, among other things, the most important need.
The cost of these materials, so that you have the orientation of what your money will be invested in, is:
15€: Cardboard bed to attend emergencies in Bombay Hospitals,
45€: Protective masks for health personnel.
100€: Water tank and dispenser to keep patients hydrated in the wards.
845€: Cost of an oxygen concentrator.
Hopefully together we can make possible the purchase of many of these materials.

Sonrisas de Bombay es una ONG fundada en 2005 por el periodista y escritor Jaume Sanllorente, que centra su acción en la lucha contra la trata de seres humanos mediante la prevención, el rescate, la rehabilitación y la integración social de las personas supervivientes a esta lacra. La Fundación opera de la mano de las comunidades más desfavorecidas y vulnerables en Nepal, Bangladesh, India y también en España.
De estas acciones, se han beneficiado ya más de 15.000 personas en proyectos de cooperación y acción social, a las que se suman más de 25.000, durante acciones puntuales de emergencia y ayuda humanitaria.
