Our walk will start from Ponferrada to Santiago de Compostela. We will walk 200km (an average of 22km per day) from April 30th to May 8th.
This Camino is special because I am not going to do it alone, close family members and Carine, my wife, who suffers from the disease, will be at each stage walking side by side and giving visibility to Endometriosis.
All funds raised will go directly to ADEAC, the Endometriosis Association in Spain.
As a token of appreciation for your donations, both Delinquent Valley, the collaborating company, and the artists Pako Lopez and Greg Naud have given their art.
At the end of the campaign, we will raffle different products among all the donors.
This draw will be carried out through the email that you leave us indicated when you make your donation.

La línea de actuación de ADAEC se fundamenta sobre el pilar básico de la lucha por la mejora de la SANIDAD PÚBLICA, y la mejora del trato a las enfermas de endometriosis (Ofrecer ayuda a todas las pacientes de endometriosis y a sus familiares, concienciar a la población, promover su investigación, colaborar con las instituciones pertinentes para conseguir mejor atención, promover la igualdad de oportunidades…)
La endometriosis es una enfermedad crónica e incapacitante y la sufrimos entre el 10-15% de las mujeres en edad productiva, es decir en torno al 2,2 millones de mujeres y niñas en España.
Nuestro tejido endometrial sale de su cavidad uterina y se implanta e invade diferentes zonas de nuestro organismo afectándonos tanto a nuestro sistema reproductor femenino como al resto de órganos: intestinos, riñones, uréteres...
Muchas de nosotras tenemos órganos amputados, otras han perdido íntegramente los órganos reproductores y en otras ocasiones la falta de diagnóstico precoz nos lleva a daños irreversibles.
Esta enfermedad es la primera causa de infertilidad femenina.
Nos afecta físicamente, psíquicamente, sexualmente, socialmente y laboralmente.
