At Bokk Boolo, we work side by side with local communities to create lasting change. What began as classroom renovations has grown into a much broader mission: improving educational opportunities, supporting local employment, empowering women and young people, and strengthening community projects throughout the year.
Together, we're not just improving buildings—we're investing in people and their future.
What Will We Do This Summer?
As part of our 2026 solidarity camp, volunteers and local teams will collaborate on a range of educational and community projects in the Mbour region:
🏫 Renovating and improving classrooms and preschools
🌱 Creating community gardens and shared outdoor spaces
🎨 Enhancing educational and recreational areas for children
📚 Developing spaces for audiovisual and digital learning
👩🏽🌾 Supporting women's training in traditional dyeing and batik techniques
💛 Strengthening projects led by local associations and community groups
Several of these initiatives began during our Easter program and will continue this summer thanks to the combined efforts of local professionals, community members, and international volunteers.

Una experiencia de inmersión solidaria a través del trabajo en equipo, fomentando los valores mas básicos de respeto, tolerancia, empatía, convivencia y cooperación, trabajando con la población local. Un proyecto de voluntariado orientado a familias, participantes individuales, grupos de amigos, empresas o escolares .
