Marathon Guinness World Record Achieved for Multiple Sclerosis 02:52:39 pushing a Wheelchair
Last 4th December we beat our Guinness Record in Marathon (2h52:39) for Multiple Sclerosis.

For those of you who don't know our story. We are Silvia and Eric, mother and son and we run marathons together to give visibility to Multiple Sclerosis. After more than 5 years running together what started with 5km and 10km races without any goal has reached the point that last year we managed to achieve the Guinness World Record in Marathon (2h53:28) and we gave voice and visibility to Multiple Sclerosis. All this happened after having failed the previous year in Seville and a few months later experiencing the worst situation of our lives, something we will never forget.
Although we achieved our goal, that was in 2021 and our philosophy of life involves wanting to do great things as many times as we can and keep going until our legs can't take it anymore. That's why, in order to make a big party in one of the most important marathons in the world (Valencia Marathon) last 4th of December we have beaten our own record and run under 2h52:39 to continue giving visibility to Multiple Sclerosis and motivate everyone to have the will to live and move.
We want to do something big, but as always, if it wasn't for all of you, this would not be possible. Just if you want to collaborete, just 1€ it's something!

Es una de las enfermedades neurológicas más comunes entre las personas jóvenes de entre 20 y 40 años y la segunda causa de discapacidad en los países desarrollados.
