During our trip to Malawi in 2024, we witnessed an urgent need: many families and communities live under roofs that no longer fulfill their purpose. Rusted sheets, weak structures, and constant leaks have turned homes, schools, and community centers into unsafe places, especially during the rainy season.
We then launched a pilot project in a nursery school in Chezi, where the damaged roof interrupted classes, soaked materials, and created an unhealthy environment for the children. With a comprehensive repair, we transformed that space into a safe and dignified place. The difference was immediate: children could return to learning without fear of the rain and in safe conditions.
This project taught us that a repaired roof means much more than a new structure. It means health by avoiding dampness, safety against storms, continuity in education, and dignity for those who live beneath it.
That is why, in 2025, we are taking a more ambitious step: during our next trip to Malawi, in October of this year, we plan to repair or replace at least 3 roofs in vulnerable conditions, prioritizing infrastructures that benefit the greatest number of people, especially children.
With your support, we will be able to fund the essential materials and ensure that more communities have safe spaces. Each repaired roof is a renewed shelter and an opportunity to build a better future.

Somos un grupo de jóvenes apasionados por satisfacer las necesidades básicas de las comunidades más vulnerables, luchando contra el hambre, promoviendo la educación y garantizando la seguridad. Nuestra misión principal se centra en un orfanato en Chezi, un pequeño pueblo de Malawi, aunque también nos esforzamos por estar presentes en aquellos lugares donde más se nos necesita.
