“NU x Sant Joan de Déu – Mediolanum Aproxima Solidarity Initiative”

On the occasion of Salón NU’s fifth anniversary, its founder, Oriol Barberà, together with entire NU team, is promoting a non-profit charity event with the aim of celebrating its opening by sharing values of social commitment and collaboration.

This special event was created with a clear purpose: to raise funds for the project “Prevention of Sudden Infant Death and Treatment of Complex Pediatric Arrhythmias,” led and developed by Dr. Georgia Sarquella at Hospital Sant Joan de Déu, a leading institution in the field of pediatric healthcare.

Mediolanum Aproxima aims to create a network of active social commitment among NGOs, clients, and Banco Mediolanum in order to generate a real and tangible impact on Spanish society. The sum of small gestures, efforts, and intentions can become an unstoppable force and, in the current economic context, an essential one.

Fundación Mediolanum in Spain* supports the work of NGOs that help children achieve a better future. The funds raised through this initiative will go to Fundación Mediolanum in Spain*, which will match the donations raised in the campaign, multiplying solidarity with contributions between €2,000 and €5,000. If the fundraising goal of €25,000 is reached or exceeded, Fundación Mediolanum will donate an additional €10,000.
