We are glad as—after a long search—we have found a new home for Tushita. It is in Viladrau (Girona), near the place where the center was. It will allow us to continue offering a space to practice the Dharma, and we hope that it will be a source of benefit for many sentient beings.
As you may know, we are a non-profit organization, and we try to keep the prices as low as possible to ensure that everyone can come. That is why we rely very much on volunteers and sometimes need cooperation to sustain our activities. The new house comes as the result of putting together a lot of energy, with the wish to continue offering a space for everyone. Now it is one of such moments when we need a little support.
We have to build the meditation room, do renovations (including the kitchen and an adapted bathroom), install a fire-protection system, and buy some furniture. We have enough resources for some of the remodeling and rental guarantees. Also, we will ask for government subsidies, but we are still in need of some money. If you think that you can contribute, we will be very grateful (in addition, the contributions are tax-deductible in Spain).

About the new center:
- It is in Viladrau, on the outskirts of the village, and is easily accessible
- It is next to the forest and has beautiful views
- The house is cozy and comfortable, and it has a swimming pool
- The facilities will be suitable for people with reduced mobility
La Comunidad para la Preservación de la Tradición Mahayana se dedica a la transmisión de la tradición y valores budistas mahayana en todo el mundo a través de enseñanzas de budismo tibetano, meditación, servicio a la comunidad, centros de retiro y proyectos que preservan la tradición.
Los centros y proyectos que conforman la organización, están inspirados en una actitud de responsabilidad universal y ofrecen una oportunidad de transformación integral de la mente y el corazón de la persona.
