-------------------------

Hi again.

You though this year I was madness-free and I wasn't going to do one or my crazy challenges... well, i guess I'm still crazy enough and I'm challenging myself even harder than previous years...

After a gruelling but great alpe D'Huez triathlon last year, I though that only 2.2, 115 and 21 Km swimming, cycling and running wasn't enough, so this year I went for the full IronMan.. that will take part next Sunday (yes, next Sunday....:-S )

Although I'm quite stubborn, I'm not going to lie if I say that I'm a bit worried, as I never went through such a pain before... even when I fell from my bike...

So hoping that everything goes ok, this Sunday I'll have one of the toughest sporting challenges of my life... and probably one of the most rewardings...

This year I changed towards children on my chosen charity. I will always will be thankfull with my parents as they supported me on my early ages on sport, being able to feel what the competition was at top level. That didn't gave me many wins but one of the strongest behaviours I have right now: Always Improve yourself and respect everyone else...

Sport nowadays seems a bit out of context, but still there are organizations/teams that support what the real sport is and I learnt in my past:

-You have to be humble, as there is always someone better than you.

-You need to push yourself, as you are the only one setting your limits.

-Help and respect others, as they are probably suffering as much as you, and you may need help in the future.

-Praise others' achievements and don't feel jealous... feel good because you have a new target to beat!

And then after some years out of sport, I just found out an organization that is building that feeling and tolerance amongst the children in areas where they need it the most. This charity is called JustaLifestyle and the aim of such a charity is to build the foundation of a positive-tolerant thinking on areas with depression and dark future such as certain areas in Africa and India.

Not only they bring the sport into their lives but also a new way of thinking... Probably not as short term as other charities such as Children in needs or so, but an future investment not only changing todays activities but tomorrow's thinking.

Well, I add here the link (http://justalifestyle.com/)... Although is in Spanish (it will launch the UK branch shortly), probably you could gather enough info from pictures and google translator...

Thanks all in advance and wish me good luck... :-S
