Unstoppable

I’m Josep. In June 2022, I was diagnosed with follicular non-Hodgkin lymphoma, and in March 2024, I achieved remission.

After everything I’ve been through with this disease, I try to help and do my bit so that my experience can be of value to others. I do this through my channel @linfomaycancer and, on this occasion, taking advantage of the fact that I’m a professional firefighter in the city of Barcelona:

🚒 This coming November 8, firefighters are coming together to run the Barcelona Firefighters Race.

Some of us will also be running for a cause that brings us together: the fight against leukaemia and the desire to remain UNSTOPPABLE. 💪❤️

The Josep Carreras Foundation has been working for over 35 years towards one goal: making leukaemia a 100% curable disease one day.

And we want to do our bit.

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Because I know what it means to face this disease, I want every kilometre of this race to help give other people more opportunities, more hope, and a better future.
