No one should face suffering alone. Mental health has to be sustained by the community.
We live in a country where 3 out of 10 people face mental health problems. The numbers are increasing every year, especially among young people.
Even so, the public system continues to focus on crises and chronic conditions, leaving real recovery processes and the well-being of families unaddressed.
💫 HumanaMente was created to transform that.
We accompany families and individuals affected by mental health disorders, offering spaces for support, guidance and companionship.
In less than a year, we have achieved the following:
💬 Provided emotional support to family members who felt alone.
🗺️ Created a collaborative map with recovery resources throughout Spain.
🎧 Shared real testimonials and recovery resources through our podcast.
🤝 Built a community where families receive support from professionals and learn together.
But to continue caring, accompanying and growing, we need your support.

Continuing this project for another year has a total cost of €78,560, which will allow us to offer all these services online and accessible to all of Spain.

At HumanaMente, we work for a society where everyone—especially those facing emotional or psychological suffering—can live with autonomy, fulfillment, and purpose, supported by communities and professionals who truly understand them.
As a non-profit, we focus especially on families, who often carry long and complex challenges with very few resources. We offer listening, guidance, and practical tools so they can support their loved ones’ recovery with confidence and clarity.
We develop services that complement the healthcare system, centering on the real, deep recovery of people experiencing psychological suffering, while also improving family life and quality of relationships.
