Israel is enduring an unprecedented crisis, a heart-wrenching chapter in its history. On October 7th, 2023, during the peaceful Shabbat hours, the Hamas terrorist organization in Gaza unleashed a devastating assault on Israel, targeting innocent civilians – children, youngs, mothers, fathers, grandparents, and grandchildren. The aftermath paints a grim picture that's difficult to comprehend and process.

We desperetly need all those who cherish life, uphold human values, believe in coexistence, respect, and the innate right to live in peace in our land. It's a resounding call to unite, to feel the warmth of our shared humanity, and to reaffirm our unwavering belief that, even in the face of this brutal nightmare, violence and evil will never conquer us.
From the heart of Barcelona, capital of Catalonia, the Jewish Community extends an urgent plea for YOUR support.
We need you!
We've launched this crowdfunding campaign to aid and stand by the families victimized by hatred and terror. We will directly help those who are in the most affected areas in Otef Gaza, the nearby Kibbutzim, and other towns that have been terribly attacked. We're going to assist them with food, basic needs, and a strong psychological support.
Every contribution will go towards addressing their needs as they grapple with the profound trauma and agony inflicted upon them.

La Comunidad Israelita de Barcelona es una institución centenaria que representa a la congregación judía principal de la ciudad condal, con sede en la Gran sinagoga “Maimónides”, cuenta con la titularidad del primer Mikve, club “Finca Stern” en Valldoreix y tres cementerios. Además es miembro fundador de la FCJE y de la Fundación Hatikva, quien gestiona el colegio judío de Barcelona.
Los ámbitos de actuación de la Comunidad Israelita de Barcelona, en cuanto a actividades, son diversos, y abarcan tanto actividades religiosas como sociales, culturales, educativas, de servicio y beneficencia.
Objetivos principales:
– Promover el bienestar y el desarrollo individual, familiar e institucional de la vida judía en Barcelona y Catalunya con el fin de garantizar la continuidad del pueblo judío.
– Afianzar los valores de nuestro pueblo y el crecimiento comunitario.
– Fortalecer los principios básicos de democracia y pluralismo favoreciendo la convivencia desde las particularidades que conforman nuestra comunidad.
– Desarrollar actividades de carácter social, cultural y asistencial para los miembros de la Comunidad.
-Integración en la cultura catalana, fomentando la convivencia con la sociedad en general a través del prisma de los valores judíos.
– Defender y representar los intereses de la Comunidad y de sus miembros, de forma individual y colectiva.
– Consolidar las relaciones con otras comunidades y organizaciones judías participantes en los diferentes organismos existentes.

Mi nombre es Ilya, soy de San Petersburgo, Rusia y vivo aquí en Barcelona. Mi hijo vive en Israel y ahora está sirviendo en Tsahal, defendiendo la tierra y a nuestro gente allí. Hace 10 días envié mi donacion a través del Banco Sabadell a Mogen David Adom, pero extrañamente me devolvió la transferencia, no pudieron procesarla... Por favor, pasa esta donación para ayudar al pueblo de Israel, a Mogen David Adom y/o a algunas organizaciones. ayudando a los refugiados de la frontera sur y ahora del norte. ¡Mantengámonos fuertes!
