Moussa left Senegal seven years ago and has been in Spain for five years; he is a young migrant who arrived alone in Spain. Since then, he has been striving every day to achieve his social and labor inclusion in Seville, the city where he lives right now. The road is not easy; he has gone through more than one social entity but unfortunately the subsidies ended before his inclusion became a reality. His educational training and tools to get a decent job still need to be improved.
Thanks to the selfless collaboration of Ecologistas en Acción and its program "Cultivating Inclusion", Moussa has the possibility of starting a training program in organic farming in the social gardens of the San Jerónimo Park in Seville. This entity will provide all the necessary training to subsequently work in this sector. To start this process, Moussa needs financial support to pay for his shared housing and maintenance during the six months that the apprenticeship will last.
This is our goal! To provide a scholarship to Moussa so that he can meet these essential expenses and successfully complete his training. His will to succeed is great! And we can be that BIG HOST FAMILY to help him get there!

Diálogos Para Construir es una entidad sin ánimo de lucro radicada en Sevilla, que colabora en la inclusión en la sociedad de jóvenes migrantes mayores de edad que están en España sin sus referentes familiares. Trabajamos tanto con la población migrante como con la acogedora, promoviendo beneficios mutuos mediante el diálogo.
Desde nuestros programas de inclusión y sensibilización gestionamos redes de apoyo amplias, variadas y sólidas para la juventud migrante residente en Andalucía. Lo hacemos con el objetivo de conseguir satisfacer no solo las necesidades básicas de estas personas, sino también las encaminadas a desarrollar y fortalecer una capacidad de reflexión y espíritu crítico que les permita tomar las mejores decisiones para su vida.
Propiciamos espacios de comunicación y diálogo colectivo e interactivo entre la sociedad de acogida y las personas migrantes, buscando experiencias de transculturalidad y beneficio mutuo. Las personas migrantes nos necesitan y nosotros/as las necesitamos a ellas.
Creemos en una sociedad justa que proporcione a sus miembros más vulnerables oportunidades encaminadas a desarrollar aptitudes para la autonomía, la independencia y la felicidad.

Diálogos Para Construir is a non-profit organization based in Seville, which collaborates in the inclusion into society of young migrants of legal age who are in Spain without their family references. We work with both migrant and host populations, promoting mutual benefits through dialogue.
From our inclusion and awareness programs we manage wide, varied and solid support networks for migrant youth residing in Andalusia. We do this with the aim of meeting not only the basic needs of these people, but also those aimed at developing and strengthening a capacity for reflection and critical thinking that allows them to make the best decisions for their lives.
We provide spaces for communication and collective and interactive dialogue between the host society and migrants, seeking experiences of transculturality and mutual benefit. Migrants need us and we need them.
We believe in a just society that provides its most vulnerable members with opportunities to develop skills for autonomy, independence, and happiness.
