In El Salvador, many young people grow up without the necessary family support and with their basic rights—such as education, health, and nutrition—often unmet. When they access university or technical studies, they do so with great effort, but often without the personal tools needed to navigate adulthood and the workplace with confidence.
This project by NPH Foundation supports 27 young people living in the NPH Youth Home, providing not only access to education but also something equally important: the development of personal and professional skills that enable them to build an independent future.
Through one-on-one mentoring, training in skills such as leadership, communication, and teamwork, job readiness programs, and access to internships, these young people strengthen their self-esteem, gain confidence, and prepare to fully integrate into society.
In addition, academic and emotional support ensures they can successfully continue their studies, preventing dropout and opening up real opportunities for employment and personal development.

La entidad Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos contribuye desde el año 1954 a erradicar la pobreza infantil en Latinoamérica, concretamente en México, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Rep. Dominicana, Haití, Perú y Bolivia, mediante programas de educación, salud, nutrición y proyectos de desarrollo comunitario.
La Fundación NPH en España tiene una sede que se encarga de financiar estos programas mediante programas de apadrinamiento (25€/mes), socios colaboradores (10€/mes) y donaciones privadas y públicas. Instituciones como Manos Unidas, Fundación Mapfre, Cáritas, entre otras, financian proyectos de NPH desde España.
