By 2025, we have de challenge of finding jobs for 2.000 social excluded people, so they can start a new life. A life with their children, where they can maintain custody, have a roof over their heads, and a plate of food. Regaining their self-esteem and confidence in themselves and their future.
At Fundación Integra, we work to help people facing severe social exclusion and those with disabilities find employment that allows them to take control of their lives. We support women who are victims of violence, prostitution, or trafficking; homeless individuals; former drug addicts; prisoners and ex-prisoners; and people with disabilities who are going through very tough times and need a job to move forward.
Every week, 90 people come to us for help. We welcome them, train them, support them, and provide job guidance. Our network of over 75 companies offers us their job vacancies, providing life-changing employment opportunities that bring autonomy, hope, and a second chance.

En Fundación Integra ayudamos a personas en exclusión social (víctimas de violencia o trata, reclusos, ex drogodependientes, sin hogar), y personas con discapacidad para que retomen las riendas de su vida a través de la inclusión laboral.
Un empleo es clave para salir de la exclusión. Es poder pagar un techo y un plato de comida, mantener la custodia de sus hijos. Es sentirse útil, realizado, recuperar la autoestima y la esperanza. Es vivir con dignidad junto a sus familias.
