Back to school. Help me Phil an empty classroom

When a child learns to read, write and do basic arithmetic they´ve got a chance in the world. A girl who goes to school is much more likely to ensure that her own children to go to school in the future.

There are more than 270 million children worldwide not in school.  It costs just €35 to send a child to school for a year.  Through your generosity, the funds I raised last year filled a classroom of 35 children.  Let´s see if we can repeat that.

Why Street Child?

Our mission:- To see all children safe, in school and learning, especially in low resource environments and emergencies.

To achieve that:- Build schools, train teachers, help families to earn an income to support their children and keep them in school, support communities to enable them to maintain schools and pay teachers.  Support children displaced by natural disaster or conflict.  Street Child works with local organisations, staffed by local people to bring these projects to life.

A donation of any size is really valuable and appreciated and can achieve a great deal in an environment where resources are scarce.  Thank you!
