When Gloria Fuertes was asked how the verses written by men differ from those written by women, she replied:
"They don’t differ at all; it depends on the individual. Well, they differ in that men’s verses can be bought in any bookstore, while women’s are usually locked away in their homes so no one finds out they wrote them."
It’s not just verses behind those locks. There’s an entire world of creativity and knowledge eternally confined to the domestic sphere. Women cook at home; men cook in top restaurants. Seamstresses are those women in your neighborhood who hem your jeans, while men who sew are rarely called "seamsters"—instead, they’re celebrated as the gods of haute couture. Yes, more and more women are sharing their knowledge, creating content, and earning Michelin stars, but tell me honestly: when you hear the word "chef," is a woman the first image that comes to mind?
To reverse this perception, we’re creating Ayade, a platform to sell all kinds of digital products. If you’re a woman who has written a book, designs illustrations, dances lindy hop, or teaches robotics, this is your space to share and inspire choosing your own price for your work.
Why do we need so much funding?
Firstly, because programming this kind of platform is highly complex and, therefore, much more expensive than a conventional website. Just building Ayade requires €25,000, which includes:
- Complete branding.
- A promotional video.
- Customizable video templates for promoting each product (yes, everything you sell on Ayade will be advertised by Batiye).
- Domain, private server hosting, and maintenance.
- Full web development, with a responsive design, SEO optimization, self-editable functionality, and scalability—so we’ll never run out of virtual space to welcome more women ❤️
On top of that, we’ll be hiring a brilliant feminist to ensure that everything at Ayade runs like clockwork. That way, women will only need to focus on sharing what we know and earning what we deserve 🚀💪✨

Entendemos la salud mental como un proceso amplio con distintas vertientes que incluye factores socioeconómicos, biológicos, políticos, religiosos, redes de apoyo, circunstancias vitales y la habilidad de reírnos de nosotras mismas cuando empujamos una puerta que dice "tire".
