"Will you join my challenge?
I'd like to connect my participation in the Ultra Pirineu 2023 sporting challenge to a charitable cause.
The goal is to complete the Marathon of 42km with a vertical climb of 2,800 meters and raise funds to renovate the current school into a building that doesn't have to shut down every time it rains.
This school has become renowned in the Mathare neighbourhood for offering free breakfast and lunch to 350 students in exchange for their commitment to education, aiming for university or vocational training. The children are eager to attend because they find food there... and also a future away from the streets. More information at:
