Travesses Solidàries is a collective project that began in 2020 following the pandemic. In the absence of races, the Club Excursionista Montblanc decided to start organizing a series of long-distance crossings and link them to charity projects.
It consists of three projects:
#montblancmóra: The profits go to AFANOC (Association of Families and Friends of Oncological Children of Catalonia).
#tombalaconca: The profits of this initiative go to an entity that works with people at risk of exclusion in the Conca de Barberà, Càritas de la Conca de Barberà.
#kmforrefugees: The profits from this activity go to raise funds for Doctors Without Borders.
The most important crossing is the #montblancmóra, which links Montblanc and Móra la Nova along 100km and 3500m of elevation gain, passing through several municipalities and crossing Muntanyes de Prades and the Serra del Montsant.
The profits go to AFANOC (Association of Families and Friends of Oncological Children of Catalonia).

La Asociación de Niños con Cáncer AFANOC trabaja y ayuda a los niños, niñas y adolescentes con cáncer y sus familias. Estamos en hospitales, realizamos actividades, apoyamos a las familias a nivel psicosocial, y damos alojamiento a las familias que vienen a recibir tratamiento con la Casa de los Xuklis
