A WORLD OF WISHES AWAITS??? If we can walk 100km then you can put your hands in your pockets!!!!!! Make-A-Wish Spain grants wishes to children who are seriously ill / dying, by helping them to recover the desire to keep going. The majority of us have had a wish come true and have experienced the positive effect that it had on our lives. For a child who is ill, having a wish is vital. The power of a wish helps children transform fear, uncertainty and pain into hope, happiness and strength, enabling them to fight off illness. Provocar ILUSI??N, en los niños y niñas que padecen enfermedades graves, enriqueciendo sus vidas a través de experiencias personales de esperanza, fuerza y alegría. ALEJANDRA, 12 years old, (oncology) fulfilled her wish by swimming with dolphins. She wanted to know how it felt to see them close, to touch them, and give them food. Alejandra worked hard to achieve her wish. In addition to following her treatment, she had to become physically stronger through rehabilitation, and was able to swim again. Challenges were not a problem for her, as long as she achieved her aims. JAVIER, 5 years old, (oncology) has also shown it by travelling with his twin brother to find out everything about the world of Legoland; ARNAU, 7 years old, (cardiology) wanted to learn Harry Potter´s magic tricks; LUA, 6 years old (oncology) who was crowned as a princess; and SERGIO, 12 years old, (nephrology) who wanted to know why Paris was the city of light??? All of them have made their wishes come true, but there are still many children waiting for their wish???. Please please can you help us? With your support, we will be able to help more children make their wishes come true???.such as JUDIT, 16 years old, (oncology) whose wish is to meet Malendi, the Spanish pop Singer; or AITOR, 4 years old, who although is still in treatment, wants to dig in the pit with the seven dwarfs and Snowhite; or PEDRO TOMÁS, 12 years old, (neurology) who would love to have a pyjama party with his classmates away from home and the hospital??? Many of us are fortunate enough to be able to facilitate our childrens dreams and wishes so please just spare a thought and help us make some dreams come true!!!!
