On the 18th May 2013 I will be participating in my second Lanzarote Ironman.
This is going to be my biggest challenge for the year as my first one was back in 1993, 20 years ago.
Please sponsor me for a very worth while charity which enables physically challenged people to develop through sport and activities.

A Charity based in Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain to help children and youngsters with a disability of any kind to find motivations and illusions through the sport. They buy adapted sports equipment for them, are active to include the disabled children, youngsters and adults into sports activities, races, they go hiking with them and manage to fill their lives with new illusions, motivations. Their lives become more healthy, more social and integrated.

Quiero ayudar a una asociación benéfica de Lanzarote con su maravillosa labor, ayudando a personas con discapacidad a seguir adelante usando el deporte y la vida activa para motivarse.

Ayuda a personas con discapacidad, niños y mayores, a encontrar motivaciones e ilusionarse gracias al deporte.
Esta asociación compra material deportivo adaptado, se implica en las carreras, lleva a personas con discapacidad a hacer senderismo, les motiva, les llena la vida de nuevas ilusiones, retos, les abre el horizonte, proporcionándoles una vida más sana, más social, más integrada.
Ayudamos a gente con discapacidad a encontrar ilusiones a través del deporte (y otras actividades), les ayudamos a poder hacer deporte (apoyo físico y psíquico) y pretendemos mejorar sus condiciones de vida, apoyando investigaciones cientificas.
