Job placement program for trans women
FELGTB initiative at a state level that seeks to generate job placement opportunities for trans women thanks to company collaboration
The FELGTB dedicates this year 2020 to the struggle of lesbian, trans and bisexual (LTB) women to achieve real equality in the political, cultural, economic and social spheres.
Of the three communities, that of trans women is the one with the lowest degree of social and labor insertion by far, hence the importance and relevance of creating specific programs for the labor insertion of trans women.
Nuestra misión es defender y promover los Derechos Humanos y la igualdad de las personas lesbianas, gais, trans, bisexuales e intersexuales y sus familias en todos los ámbitos de la vida (social, sanitario, laboral, educativo, cultural, etc.) prestando especial atención a los miembros del colectivo más vulnerables como las mujeres, las personas trans, la infancia, las personas con VIH o las personas migrantes, entre otros.
Además, trabajamos para fortalecer y unificar el movimiento asociativo LGTBI del territorio español desde un enfoque de trabajo en red y una perspectiva laicista, feminista, apartidista y asindicalista.
