I´m doing another triathlon on the 21st of June and like last year the cause is the same worthy one.

 The Vicente Ferrer Foundation has set out to achieve one goal: the challenge of achieving 200 bikes to allow boys and girls to attend secondary school education.

For students, a bicycle makes the difference between the transition from primary to secondary education and in the case of girls, the alternative of completing their education or marry at a young age or suffer risk of abuse. This change enables personal growth and gives them freedom and independence. A BICYCLE CHANGES THEIR LIVES.

"I needed a bicycle to go to school. I had completed primary school but as there is no bus from my village my parents had erased my name from the lists of school. Thanks to the Foundation, which has given me a bike I have not left school. Now I am happy to complete the secondary to get into the pre-university school Vijayalakshmi Chinnacheruvu Bai Thanda (Andhra Pradesh) “.

The purchase price of each new bike for the Foundation is 50 €, but anybody can contribute to the project with smaller contributions.
